    Very happy with our carpets.

    A great experience from start to finish. The team is really knowledgeable and helped us choose the right carpets for our house. Measurements were taken promptly and the fitting was booked in quickly. It did not take long before we could enjoy our new carpets. Thank you!

    Great firm to do business with!

    Had new carpets & bathroom flooring fitted by JB. From the very first point of contact through to completion everyone involved was friendly & professional. The fitters Steve & Dan assisted by Spencer did a tremendous job which has transformed the look of our new home & given it the finishing touch! Jodie the owner was prompt in her communications and they kept to all agreed fitting times agreed

    Good selection of carpets and staff very helpful and patient in explaining about the different types of carpets and gave good advice.. Fitters good but some problems with the stretching. However this was rectified the following day

    From the moment we first went into J&B Carpets Jodie couldn’t be more helpful in advising quality of carpets and providing samples for us to take home.No pressure selling just helpful advice. The fitters Dan and Spencer fitted the carpets over 2 days and did an excellent job and were so helpful in moving some of the heavy furniture which we couldn’t move on our own. We had previously used J&B to lay Karndeen flooring in our kitchen and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
