Damp in the bedroom and lounge area

Came on time to give me an estimate of costs and advise what needed to be done. They were thorough in their investigation of where the damp was coming from and advised that there were gaps where the roof meets the wall. They took pictures of what they were doing and when they completed job. They were tidy in their work and completed the job on time. Two lovely lads that went over and above to ensure I was happy with the work.

Ingress of water through roof

I was experiencing damp in a bedroom. Shaun went into the loft and found several points where the loft was exposed to the elements. He took photographs to show me extent of the damage kept me informed on every thing that they were planning to do. Can’t fault the service or quality of J&D Damp Proofing

Solving damp issues in 2 exterior walls

Excellent problem solving to establish the cause of the damp problems in two exterior walls. The solutions suggested dealt with the problems rather than masking them unlike other companies who quoted. John came to survey the job and complete the work at the times agreed and was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend him.
