  We were completely pleased with the windows and with the fitting. They look beautiful and the work was carried out with absolutely no mess at all neither in the room, the garden nor on the drive, despite one of the old windows being already shattered. An excellent service.

  Came out for measurements and 1 week later gave an estimate,found John very nice and knowledgeable but then it went downhill,phoned 3 times for to authorise to go forward with the job but no one answered, and never phoned back ,must have seen the missed calls,dissapointing

  Fabulous work done by John and his son. From first conact to completion everything was done to an extremely high standard. The units supplied were of very high qualityand the workmanship could not be faulted. No part of the job was left until John was satisfied as to quality . They also did a few extras without charge e.G pointing and a repair to a conservatory door which was not part of the job. I would unhesitatingly reccommend this firm .

  Very punctual. J&J worked very hard to replace 3 windows and some French Doors. They remained cheerful and pleasant despite working in the cold with the occasional snow shower. First class installation with quality products. Clean and tidy. First class craftsmanship. We can thoroughly recommend them. We will be using them again. Thanks.
