Very disappointed with my experience. Having been recommended him through a friend I hired him as I had rodents in my cavity wall. His method was to put poison in my roof but stressed if it were ever to go away we must find the entry point. Something he never found. When my house went on the market mid treatment he effectively checked out and told me they were gone. I paid him but the rodents have not gone. When I asked him to come back he ignored my messages. If only the pests were as elusive as the pest controller. I have now hired someone else. Think twice before hiring.
