  After we rescheduled the work a couple of times (both out of James’ control and he was very good to communicate with me) the work was completed very professionally and efficiently over the course of a day. James and his team have done an excellent job and were tidy, polite and efficient. I’d thoroughly recommend James and will be using him for any other work needed in the future.

  First impressions I was very impressed with, very professional. Spoke to me in a respectful manner and once they were finish knocked to let me know they were finish so that I could lock the back gate up, which may not seem impressive but having dealt with other people you don’t always get that curiosity knock. With the job they did a perfect job gutters look brand new with how well they cleaned it up and didn’t leave the property in a mess overall great professionals and would bring on for other jobs when needed.

• Emergency leaking ceiling

  James will be my go to roofer from now on. We have flat roofing, which inevitably causes problems for which the minimum quote always seems to be thousands of pounds. We called James for a second opinion when our ceiling started leaking and rather than wanting to rip up our terrace like everyone else, he simply recommended redirecting rainwater flow with some new piping - a much smarter and infinitely cheaper/less labor intensive solution. James is super friendly, professional, efficient, does good/tidy work, and most importantly honest and fair!
