Excellent from start to finish!! I've been in need of my chimney completely re-building for a while. From the initial contact with J and M I was treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I was kept informed at all times of the plans and consulted on any changes as and when they arose. I wasn't at the property during the works, but even got positive feedback from the neighbours! Would highly recommend, and most definitely use again.
