Excellent work with a great attitude.

These guys did a great job, creating some excellent under-stairs storage, with much attention to detail. They listened to what we wanted and delivered. From first meeting, we were confident that they would do the job to our satisfaction. They exceeded expectations. As an aside, they are also nice guys to have around.

You won't find better tradesmen. Skilled, imaginative and flexible.

Richard and John completed four projects for me in the past few months, with more to come later this year. The first was a set of "London" cabinets for the sitting room, which has completely transformed the principal room in my home. The second was a nifty home-office project, from where I am typing this. Good use of space and light; complemented by first class finishes and a neat job. The third wa a long buffet in my living room, plus a clever set of slanted shelves in the downstairs cloakroom - Richard's idea, for shoe storage. The jewel in the crown.. my raised balcony! Excellent carpentry

J&R Carpentry have recently finished replacing our internal doors with modern oak ones and also renovating our stair spindles and bannisters in oak. Richard and John were extremely friendly and considerate whilst working with us and always left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. They took great care to ensure all the door furniture fitted correctly and no damage done to the frames & decor. Communication prior to and during the job was excellent and the final invoice was as quoted. We are very pleased with the final results and would happily use them for any future work.

  Wooden canopy

Richard and his son arrived on time and worked all day to complete the wooden canopy over our front door. The quality of the work was excellent and they left the front of our house clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Richard and his son and intend to use them again for another project in our home.
