8.25 Driveway Cleaning / Patio Cleaning

Last minute block paving and driveway cleaning/blasting and clearance with possible sanding soon
It was a last minute decision job today. They both worked really well, and were efficient in cleaning the driveway area. Plus quoted for the rear garden cleaning/jet washing area. They advised that the products used were pet friendly. Both were polite, and managed time well. Had a hiccup with the pressure unit but cam back and finished off the job. Felt had sagged resulting in water running down the walls. This was causing damp problems.
Joe, Lawrence and the team were quick to respond to my post. They arrived to survey the same day as promised. We agreed a fair price for the work. They arrived at 0900 the following day and fixed the issue. At my request they confirmed my view that I had two other issues with the roof and agreed to return when the weather improves. Repair tiles around the roof of skylight to stop a leak and gaps/broken tiles.
J &S roofing came to carried out the repair to the roof and assured us that they had sorted out the problem, no pictures where taken/shown to us. I had to chase them to sign the receipt and confirm the guarantee. On 1st Jan we noticed that there was a gap in the tiles. Got some quote from other roofers who advised that they have used wrong tiles, different sizes and not payed correctly. I contacted J&S and advised would come out to look, 3 day later called again and got advised that if I knew what I was doing why don’t I do the job myself. Wouldn’t not recommend.
