  Efficient Professional and Reliable

  We needed a new kitchen sink and tap supplied and fitted. J&S have been excellent to deal with, from the first enquiry through completion of the work. I got a prompt appt for a quote with text updates and a tracking option if needed. The works were carried out within 2 weeks. The plumber arrived on time and was professional and friendly. His work was faultless and I couldn't be happier. This company has been efficient, friendly and competent from beginning to end. I will be using them again.

  Professional, polite and friendly from the outset - including the lady who contacted me reference the proposed job. The engineer was on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, explained all costs involved (reasonably priced) and then fixed the problem within the hour. First time I have used J&S but I would not hesitate to use them again

  Replacement pipes for a new washing machine to be fitted

  After contacting one company who said I needed all the pipes behind my machine replacing, and that he'd get back to me with a quote (which they never did), I had J&S plumbing contact me. They were very polite and kept me informed every step of the way including an update of who my plumber was and when he was en route. I even had the option to send them some pictures of the pipes that needed sorting which made things so much easier as the plumber knew exactly what needed doing before he even arrived. The job took less than an hour and was much more reasonable than we thought it would be.
