Didn't turn up when he arranged was only when I called to see if he had finished the weeks work did I find out he had only been there once for a couple of hours. Same thing happened the second week then he just came every so often on weekend's doing bits and bobs. He still owes me some rcbo's that I have been chasing him for several months to post but now he is ignoring me. Also tried to get him to do some landlord reports but failed to come for those too.

Excellent would highly reccomend James and his team

James was very polite and knew what he was doing before even starting. His tidiness was great! He always made sure that the work was completed to a good standard and always asked if I was happy, which I was. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs that type of work.
