  Installed our new boiler

  We have used Jane for over 10 years. Our old boiler failed, it couldnt be fixed, so she installed a new one. This also included a new pump and some pipe work. As always she provided an excellent service. We have no hesitation in recommending her.

  Boiler change and conversion

  Jane was excellent. Replaced our boiler with a new combi and converted the system with no issues. Jane picked up on a few points other traders missed and fully tested the system. Great job and good price. Fully recommend.

  Fitting basin and bath taps

  We emailed Jane after seeing her van parked on a street near where we live and looking on her website. She responded quickly and suggested a date during one of the windows of time I had proposed. She was excellent in every way and extremely personable as well. She finished the job in roughly two and a half hours and we are now talking about some other work we've been wanting to have done. I cannot recommend her too highly. The figure in 'the value of work completed' below was for labour. We had already bought the taps with which to replace our old ones.

  Shower leaking

  Boiler service and part replacement

  Jane arrived on-time and did a great job at explaining and sourcing the required parts to fix the boiler. She did more than expected by checking all the taps and bleeding the radiators. I would use her services again in the future.

  Moving a gas pipe

  Jane was wonderful. Kept in touch, did the job promptly and left the place clean and tidy. All other plumbers quoted incorrectly and overpriced. She quoted exactly the time needed and indeed, finished the job early and lowered her final price. I would highly, highly recommend. She is now servicing my boiler and would trust her with any other plumbing and heating jobs.
