  Painting of the inside of a Terraced house.

  Janus Decorations from my perspective is one of the most professional and trustworthy trades company I've ever entrusted to do some work for me. The quote for the job was very competitive and attention to detail was impressive. Sam the painter was very good at his job, punctual, courteous, and at all times open to any rework suggested although quite few. I highly recommend Janus for your painting and decorating jobs.

  Painting whole house

  Great team of workers. Very quick and efficient. Friendly, helpful and cooperative. Took little in the way of breaks, tea etc. Just got on with the job. A pleasure to work with. Many thanks Janus and the team!

  Wallpaper stripping and plastering.

  Hired Janus to strip wallpaper and paint, he then said walls need plastering. Wasn’t happy with the pace, cleanliness and finish of the work. Last straw was they didn't know what mist coat was and wouldn’t apply it. Since terminating, my new decorator has to sand/remove imperfections due to the subpar work. Janus was quick to request money and didn’t address/apologise for the issues raised. He spoke of professionalism/expertise which wasn’t shown. I can’t speak on Janus' painting, we didn’t get that far but I wouldn’t recommend for plastering. Only pro is that he was respectful of budget and deadline.

  The reason why she upset because after the job done, she wants to reduce the price that we agreed before we started the job and i refused. I have already given her a best quote due to her financial issues and we have done the job in good standard.
