This is the second time I have used Japanese Knotweed Eradication for a Japanese Knotweed survey and in both cases I have been highly impressed with their service all around. Great comms, friendly staff, well informed surveyors doing a thorough job and happy to explain more over the phone if needed. Would recommend and would happily use again! Thanks!

The gentleman turned up exactly on time and had a look in my garden as I had a plant I suspected to be Japanese knotweed. He was very polite. He completed a survey for me and then emailed me over a detailed report explaining in simple terms the options open to me of how to deal with it.
