Super fast and reliable worker. Work executed and delivered within timeframe despite a small electrical problem ( wire had been chewed by a mouse) that needed rectification. On top he is also very tidy and cleans up at the end f the day. I will use him again.

I was very happy with James’s work. He completed everything he needed to do as well as helping fit a dishwasher which was not in the original quote.

James was able to respond within the hour to fix a radiator leak and look at issues with the boiler pressure. Was knowledgeable and helpful and fixed the radiator quickly.

James' quickly established that my problem was an air lock, and was able to rectify without any problems.

I rang after hours at 7.30pm as I had hot water spurting out of a pipe underneath the kitchen sink flooding the floor and JA Plumbing responded immediately and was at my property within 5 minutes. He was brilliant - sorted the problem within 10 minutes and replaced the pipe. Other plumbers I rang said 45 minutes to an hour so I was very impressed with his customer service.

James did an amazing job of replacing my kitchen sink and tap, it involved alot pipe work and cutting to have it fit in. He did all that very well and reasonable time. He went above and beyond to upgrade my waste pipework which would have clogged in a short time. Was friendly and honest throughout the process will definitely use him again.
