New bath installation
I approached this plumber in june to install a new bath. It is now late September and he has not finished the job. He claims that he "forgot" to finish the job. He was paid in full in June. He has offered to finish the job at the end of November when he gets back from holiday. When told that was unacceptable, he has offered to finish the job at the end of October. I find this lack of urgency totally unacceptable.

I completed every part of the job i quoted but the bath panel because of how wet it was underneath the bath, so we agreed to let it dry out and then would get in contact with me to come back and fit the panel but it took him over 3 months to get in contact with me so i didn’t forget and i have now offered to do it next month because I am busy and can’t do it straight away.
