    Good communication at all points. Had to juggle days due to weather and love commitments. Went above and beyond to come to my property at 07:30am to do the job before I started work,which was very much appreciated. Top bloke and work was carried out to very high standards. Cleaned everything before he left.

    Excellent prompt reply to my job being logged on Check A Trade - contacted me probably within 10 mins. Arranged to call next morning to see what issue was. Arrived as arranged around 9.15am and quickly realised that the issue wasn’t what I originally thought it was. Repaired immediately. Was very friendly and polite all during visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone and I will definitely call him again with any other plumbing issue I may have.

    From first contact to the end of the job, Jimmy was consistently responsive, courteous, and communicative. He arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problems, and fixed the problems there and then, also throwing in some advice about how to manage my boiler pressure and my thermostat, for good measure. I'm a very happy customer - Jimmy will certainly be my 'go-to plumber' from now on.

    He turned up when he said he would, sussed out what needed doing to the two toilets not working properly and the burst greenhouse water pipe, arranged the parts, turned up next morning as promised. Fixed everything and did a good job. Very happy to use him again and recommend him.
