A time was given the day prior. The engineer called to say on his way. Work carried out in a timely fashion and with minimum fuss. He cleaned up after himself and explained all repairs carried out.

We recently had Jay come round to fix our tumble dryer, the work done was super efficiently. Super quick service and done really well with decent pricing. I would highly recommend.

Disappointed that the glass inner door installed has lasted less than one year. Apparently their parts r only guaranteed for 3 months and the work 1. A complete replacement oven would now have been substantially cheaper if I went ahead and replaced the inner door again, which I can’t justify. I also don’t have any faith that the inner door wouldn’t fail again.

Very happy with the friendly, professional service provided by Jarzy’s. I contacted them via the online form, got a callback shortly after and got a same day appointment for a diagnosis. We needed a new part, so they ordered it/sorted this out and fitted it, within a few days. Great communication and did what they promised. Would recommend 👍
