Much more reasonably priced than the other company I contacted (which advertises itself as ‘low cost appliance repair’ and has Brighton in the title, even though it’s a nationwide company!). The service from Jarzy’s was brilliant, so I’m very happy. Really helpful and friendly, flexible to fit around the limited window I could be in and when I called out of hours, a chat with AI that was actually really pleasant and helpful - a revelation!

I was let down by a plumber who took my money then said they would come the day I said not to. I rang Jarzys and explained they treated my frig repair as urgent and came within 2 hours Jay was polite, helpful got on with the job quickly. Put everything back in place. Then presented the bill. I was very pleased with the work and can thoroughly recommend this family firm.
