    Flat roof fixture and replacement

    I found Jon to be very helpful and quick, with having a look, giving a quote and onto carrying out the job. In the lettings trade, I have issues all the time and it is hard to find good tradesman. I will defiantly use Jon Ashby again.

    Flat garage roof relaid

    Did a good job on the roof but damaged the garage plastic facia, he was going to repair with a plain peace of plastic I did find the same paten on the net when they arrived to do the replacement I told him I was not happy with the plain peace of plastic which he was going to put over the burnt one on the top half he then told his lads to get back in the van and he stormed off. I had to keep chase him a few times all so each time he came and when they did the roof they had no ladders and kept using mine but I do stress they did a good job on the roof

    Yes we did unintentionally leave a small scorch mark on customer’s garage We agreed that customer would hold back 20 % off payment until a suitable solution could be agreed We agreed on a solution after showing customer a sample of what it would look like once rectified But upon arrival to carry out works the customer had changed his mind and was rude in telling us this So was agreed that he would sort himself with funds held back please see other reviews as these are more accurate to the service that we aim in achieving

    The work was well done and efficient. The guys just turned up with all their equipment and got on with the work. The areas worked in were left tidy.
