Yes we did unintentionally leave a small scorch mark on customer’s garage We agreed that customer would hold back 20 % off payment until a suitable solution could be agreed We agreed on a solution after showing customer a sample of what it would look like once rectified But upon arrival to carry out works the customer had changed his mind and was rude in telling us this So was agreed that he would sort himself with funds held back please see other reviews as these are more accurate to the service that we aim in achieving
