Awful experience. Fitted broken sink and charged £150 extra saying he needed to bring a plumber back into the house to fix it, no plumber even came to house. Garden left in terrible state, ceramic tiles and rubbish left in garden which did not come from my property, and sawdust dumped on floor and not bagged. When confronted, there has been no response to this issue. Up stands not mitred together and not fitted to wall, tried to claim he had finished the job leaving them like that and then complained when he had to come back out to fix, admitting he’d ‘tried it on’. Charged more than quoted.

Fitted sink provided by customer, hairline crack unnoticed by all until after fitting. Once noticed replacement collected and fitted at my expense as customer refused to pay for plumber to return.
All rubbish placed in garden at customer request as she did not want to hire a skip. All rubbish only from her kitchen, customer unaware of blue tiles behind existing tiles in kitchen. Customer did not remove rubbish before storm thereby causing spread. Rubbish disposed exactly as requested.
Upstands finished to half round butted which customer initially was happy with. Later customer changed her mind, stating she wanted them mitred. Purchased replacements and fitted to mitre finish at my own expense. I never stated "I tried it on" this is untrue.
No additional charge made for any quoted works, additional drylining of poor walls behind kitchen tiles was free of labour charge and only £70 of materials was paid. Only other charge made was an additional socket of £50 as variation to works quoted.
Do not recommend this customer, father and client confirmed happy with works and paid in full only to raise a complaint and give a poor review afterwards. There is no pleasing this customer.
