Boiler service
Jason came round to service the boiler, but as the flue was not accessible he was unable to proceed with the service, he then explained where the access hatch needed to be located before he can fully check the flue. Boiler pressure low
Mr Riley very kindly talked me through the necessary steps to finding the cause of low pressure in my boiler, helping me to identify possible causes (e.G. A leak). Yearly boiler service

Qualifications / Checks and Guarantees
- I am proud to have furthered my knowledge at university with a design degree as this helps my confidently design customers’ homes to be more efficient - which is better for the environment and their bank account.
- I have relevant Gas Safe qualifications to allow me to install and sign off full gas central heating systems.
- Ensuring that every customer installation is correctly installed part of my service, however for the unavoidable hiccups I can offer 5, 7 and 10 year guarantee that includes parts and labour.

My years of experience has taught me that customers appreciate how clear, concise and friendly I am throughout the customer journey.
- At the initial quotation stage I will provide you with a professional invoice via email
- We will book a convenient time that suits you (I am happy to work around busy weekday schedules)
- I will also notify you and neighbours about any work that may be loud or disruptive.
- once work is complete I will walk you through any new products of features, what I have installed and why - allowing plenty of time for queries and questions
- Guarantees and all paperwork is provided - If I should ever come back I will happily answer any queries you should have after the installation.
