Engaged Jack to carry out tile remedial works around the bath. What started as a cracked tile turned out to be significant rot in the timber behind, which he identified and dealt with rather than simply tiling over. Good communication throughout, including clear updates on when the work would be finished. He worked around a fitted bath to rebuild the corner and get it watertight. Friendly and happy to show me what he was doing and explain why at each stage, which I appreciated, it’s always good to understand it yourself. Tiling finish is neat and the bath junctions were properly finished.
