Swivel plug in bathroom sink
We called Jamie on Tues 6th Feb, he visited on Thurs 8th Feb and advised it was a bigger job than originally predicted, didn’t charge a fee on this and said he would return Friday after 3pm. He did not return several messages sent but no reply and messaged Mon 12th Feb but no reply. Wanted a leaking toilet fixed
I texted, phoned and emailed and got no reply. I then phoned the number on the checkatrade leaflet and the contractor did then finally answer the phone call and informed me to text my details to his mob no which I did but I never heard back ever again from him. Not impressed one bit with this company, would not recommend them to anyone if that’s the way they deal with customers. Removal of old bathroom and install new bathroom
Jamie was brilliant from start to finish. We booked a date in and he started on time. Any advice we need prior to starting Jamie was happy to assist and advise. Job ran smoothly throughout with any challenge that was thrown up quickly resolved. Finished on time and on budget to original quote. Im really happy with the finished job, the attention to detail is second to none. Fixing Bidet that was flowing with water.
