The full refurb was done during COVID times. This included plastering, flooring, wall repairs, installations of bathrooms and kitchen, tiles, painting, carpentry work, guttering, new doors and locks installation, building a partition wall, plumbing work etc.

Josh is brilliant, apart from being a Gooner. He gave an accurate quote and thats what we paid .. any extra work we were kept informed of and agreed a price for. He had booked a certain amount of time for the work but if things overran he would try and get them back on track. All in all I hope you don't use him.. as skilled and reliable workmen like Josh are hard to find.and if he gets busy he won't be able to do our work !!
