Renew outside light

Internal and external sockets, strip lighting, garden lights and PIR sensor, loft lights
Jay came to visit to understand our requirements. He kindly gave detailed explanation and reasoning for decisions. He gave recommendations with his personal experience which we valued. Afterwards Jay installed security lights for my parents. He was tidy whilst working and clearing up any mess. Fitting induction hob

Most recently, locating non-functioning drivers for LED mini-lamps in two rooms and replacing them.
Jay has undertaken work for us on multiple occasions over several years now -- in our current home and the one we lived in previously. His work is simply outstanding: precise, focused and careful. He is deeply knowledgeable about all things electrical and never signs off on a task until it has been completed thoroughly and to our satisfaction. What we particularly like about his work is that, when faced with a problem whose cause is not obvious, he will take the time to work through the problem until he has found the solution. Hi and welcome to Jay Coleman Lighting and Electrical Solutions where we pride ourselves on providing the best quality service at the best price.
I have been an electrical engineer for over 26 years specialising in many areas and working in many different electrical engineering fields. I started many years ago as an electrical engineering apprentice for London Underground working in many different departments from train maintenance to depot maintenance units, covering a wide field of electrical installations , problems and challenges. I went on over the years to specialize in various areas of electrical engineering ending up as an advanced train maintainer where I specialized in electrical fault finding and rectification and now today finally ending up at electrical installation. Starting my own business in 2016 , where I concentrate mainly on domestic and commercial installations. We have gone from strength to strength.
No job is too small or too large for us here at Jay Coleman Lighting and Electrical and we carry out all tasks from changing a light fitting to full rewires on old and new build properties, new circuits , eicr (electrical installation condition reports) , consumer unit changes , circuit alterations , fault finding , outside sockets , alarm and cctv systems are all tasks we undertake.
