Jay and his brother were prompt polite and thorough. The cooker couldn't be removed because it had to be isolated first. We arranged an electrician to do the work and then Jay promised to return two days later to remove it without any complaints. We didn't need to check on them and they even used the vacuum cleaner to hoover the floors before they cleared it with everything else.
