Jay and his team arrived to secure tarpaulin on our flat roof which rain was pouring into the house, he arrived a few days later to rebuild and re-seal a new roof, which we were pleased with at the time, however, when it rain next water was still coming in the house, Jay made several excuses not to come back but eventually he did and stated nothing was wrong with his work, the roof continued to let in water every time it rained and charged us £1100 now, we have a qualified roofer who has to build a completely new roof and is appalling by the shoddy workmanship by Jays Property Maintenance.

Jay and his team have been fantastic, called out in the middle of the storm to secure leaking roof. Agreed quote to repair leaking roof and replace missing roof tiles blown off in storm. Kept informed of times and prices and even reduced original quote as some materials were re-used. Recommended
