I received a response a few hours after I had posted the job. Originally, I would have had to a diagnostic fee but because I added photos and explained the problem, JB Plumbing and Heating forgo the fee as they knew what the problem was. Very impressed by the immediate response and to get the job booked with was done within a week of job being posted. The guy who did the job came at the time that was agreed. Very polite and friendly. Treated my house with care. Very impressed and will use JB Plumbing and Heating again and highly recommend them.

Great service from this company, my elderly parents had a problem with their shower and JB Plumbing responded very quickly. Everything was explained very clearly and a plan agreed. My parents are very wary of being taken advantage of however, JB's costs are very competitive. They arrived when agreed and the plumber Billy had so much patience explaining everything to my parents, he really put their minds at rest. Would highly recommend

They were quick to understand my problem and asses what was needed to correct the fault. They attended at the time agreed they were quick very clesn and efficent, The work was carried out at the price quoted. More than pleased with the whole proceedure.

A great service from start to finish. Very professional and responsive. Shower tray leaking and repaired. Robin didn’t rush the job and was courteous in the house. I would recommend.

My experience with JB Heating and Plumbing was excellent throughout. I wanted to get an existing shower replaced with a conventional plumbed one and the engineer was able to offer useful advice as well as clear options so I knew exactly what was being proposed. The communication throughout was prompt and clear and I will be using them again. Fully recommend

We contacted JB Plumbing and Heating to deal with fluctuating temperatures from our shower, which would frequently drop from hot to cold without any intervention from us. Robin attended, checked and reset the system and put the shower on a lower power setting - we will monitor this to see if it fixes the problem. Robin was very helpful in explaining the shower controls to us and represented his company extremely well. It was the first time we'd engaged JB but they will now be our 'go to' point for plumbing.
