We were very impressed with communication and flexibility of J B & Sons in scheduling an end of tenancy clean at short notice. The clean was of the highest quality and the landlord was so impressed they would like to use them for every tenant. In their words ‘it was better than we could have expected’. We would highly recommend.

We were due to move house the very next day and I had left it to the last minute to see if I could find someone to clean my bathroom, plus an en-suite shower. This company replied to my request and were able to send someone the next day - therefore at 'next to no notice' - who did an excellent job and left my bathroom sparkling. One of these lovely, cheerful ladies also helped by fitting my new toilet seat, which I always have trouble doing for some reason. I cannot tell you how happy I was to see these two ladies and what a good job they did at such short notice. Recommend this company.

Called John on the Friday afternoon .. by Saturday lunchtime he had assessed the property , and by Monday evening the whole clean and re-paint was done ! Excellent.

John and his team done a fantastic job and also repointed my ridge tiles aswell as the demossing, great workmen ship and time keeping - would highly recommend

Happy with the work done to clear our gutters of moss, grass and other debris, and with a minor repair to the conservatory roof adjoining the guttering.
