Helped me find my wedding ring in the washing machine and fixed our cooker
In the midst of sleep deprivation with two little ones, I accidentally put my wedding rings in the washing machine. I was unsure if they would be found but Jay came out on the same day and was as reassuring as he could be on the phone. He arrived promptly and after dissembling the washing machine he retrieved both parts of my ring for which I am eternally grateful! The following week John came and fixed the smaller part of our gas cooker that was tripping the electrics. He found the fault and repaired it promptly.
