James came out and quoted quickly and we agreed a date and price. I paid for the materials up front. The date came, no word. I haven't heard from them despite multiple messages and calls. They have taken the money and disappeared, so I am going to file a claim for my money back.

Disappointing experience. After a positive start, James just did not complete my job. The work he did was ok buy he owes me money, will not respond to any call or message, the floor is not finished off and my garden is full of old floor boards which were meant to be stacked. Very very disappointing, am uncomfortable writing this but hoping it prompts action or response.

I had my downstairs flooring completed on the 20th March, and I can say I am extremely happy with the work carried out. Very professional, very neat job! Everything was perfect, would highly recommend and will definitely be using again. The work was completed fast and perfect.

Work was carried out efficiently and matched our requirements. We were pleased with all aspects of the work and would use JB Carpentry again.

James came to my home to fit 9 new frames and 9 new oak doors, he was very polite, he cleaned up each area after working, his pricing was within our budget I never go with the cheapest quote as I’ve learnt in the past that this usually comes with regret. Thanks so much James for your help, I would recommend to anyone in future.

I used James services to fit my new flooring, I am very pleased with the finished results and would highly recommend James. He had good time keeping and kept my house as tidy as can be when having a work done. Will definitely use again. Thanks again James
