Fitted the flooring but now ignoring all contact for the stairs
I hired this company in December to fit all upstairs carpeting which has been fine apart from a few issues where the carpet has not been tacked down properly and fraying at the sides from this and in the doorway. I was assured these would be fixed upon coming back to fit the stair runner (once I’d had some plastering done) but now I cannot get a reply for months of messages. I paid for this in one lump sum and I am very disappointed that I am left without a stair runner or any money returned. I never received an invoice or the warranty supposedly included.

Vinyl Laminate floor installation
Got Jordan to install some hard flooring at our house, he completed the but didn’t clean up after himself as offered. Also never installed the door threshold and I was in contact with him a king when it would be complete he avoided my question and does not respond to my calls or texts. I paid him in advance and I regret that decision everyday. Do no trust this company.

Invoice not received
The refitting of the floor in the lounge, kitchen and conservatory was completed on 30/10/2023 with the full payment in cash made by hand. An invoice with breakdown details has been requested since 29/10/2023, and followed up on 30/10/2023, 31/10/2023, 02/11/2023, 10/11/2023, 13/11/2023, 17/11/2023, 20/11/2023, 22/11/2023, 23/11/2023, 26/11/2023, 29/11/2023, 02/12/2023, 03/12/2023, 05/12/2023, 08/12/2023, 10/12/2023, 16/12/2023, 23/12/2023, 02/01/2024, 09/01/2024, 10/01/2024, and 01/02/2024 respectively, but nothing was received yet as of the moment of posting this review. How frustrating.

This company don't keep there promises, Jordan said his coming to look at the flooring he has laid incorrectly, but never turns up.

All of the bungalow
The laminated flooring started to lift up after 1 month of being laid. We have had many phone calls and sent emails to the owner Jorden Dale about this. He finally came and a look this month and said it was damp. We have put a meter on it and it's not. We have been trying to to hold him, but he is not taking our calls. He is a cowboy, takes your money, but won't fix his mistakes.

Laminate flooring-
The company laid laminate flooring throughout the bungalow. Never got an invoice for the work even though asked. My husband and I have been contacting him for over 4 months advising a problem with the flooring coming up. It took him 3 months to get him back through the door to show him problem. Then he said he will return and look into further. Guess what he hasn't turned up , messages left. I have even got two meters to test for dampess and guess what.. No damp!! Left messages to this effect. Also contacted check a trade whom have now said they don't recommend this company. Next move ?
