Replacing flat roof
Despite numerous phone calls, texts etc Jb construction have refused to contact me regarding my repeated requests for them to provide me with a guarantee for the work done .Also they left a downcomer just lying on the roof instead of leading it to a proper outlet. The overlapping edges of the roof are not sealed down

Repair broken and replace missing slates
I called JB Construction at 10-00 last night and explained that we had a leaking roof, as water was dripping from the bedroom ceiling. At about 9-00 this morning, a JB Construction van was outside the house and the two lads asked a couple of questions, introduced themselves to me, then got on with the job, JB Construction are a very well organised reliable company that I would have no problem recommending them to anybody, they did a first class job for me, and im delighted that it was them that I called for help.??

Remove a window pane !
AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! Came to remove a window pane to then refit ! Five minute job. Was told he was doing it wrong but he wouldn’t listens . Then shattered the window pane . Advised he was insured and he would sort it . Boarded the window and promised to order a new one . Needless to say he is ignoring all communications with me and no new window . Called from another number that was not know to him and he answered only to hang up when I advised who it was
