Replaced fuse box, did full electric health check and replaced numerous plugs and switches

New electrics for ECIR report
Paid invoice for over £8000 of electrical work in two rental properties to comply with new ECIR requirement for landlords. Jay isn’t responding to calls and emails to provide the ECIR reports I paid for. It’s been over 6 months of no response. Having to get a new electrician to come out and check the work and issue ECIR reports.

Rewiring and replacing of downlights in an old kitchen with joists.
Absolutely over the moon with the quality of service and final job. Jay was very professional and filled me with confidence in giving me the quote and letting me know what could be done. Josh who did the work was brilliant. Kept me informed of the work, was genuinely a nice guy and a top professional. Highly recommend.

Trace electrical fault
Jay attended very quickly after the out-of-hours emergency call; he traced the fault efficiently and made the installation safe. He made another appointment to divide the faulty ring circuit and install additional breakers in the consumer unit. We're very pleased with a prompt and efficient service.
