Boiler replacement
Helpful, punctual, prioritised our job in an emergency, gave extra info and explained everything, tidy job, very profesional, took care around sorting the appliance warranty and registration, good communication, kept us informed of what was going on, gave us options to choose from. Tidied up afterward and and got all waste taken away promptly. Weren't the cheapest - maybe we could have got a bit better cheaper price for the job if we'd had time to shop around more, but considering the quality and professionalism overall I still think it was good value for money and would highly recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: BN610 Central Heating

Fitting a new boiler
Ben is a charming young man who is very good at his job. He sorted out at Christmas 2021 an emergency with our then boiler and we had hot water and heating thankfully over the festive season and beyond while we waited for a part to come from abroad. He now does are regular servicing and has just fitted a new boiler for us, the old one was leaking, to cut yet more expense it seemed the sensible thing to do. He is extremely good at his job. Gets on with the task in hand quickly and quietly and is extremely neat and tidy when working and once finished. Conversion to Combination Boiler system
Ben and his team worked tirelessly over 2 days to convert our central heating from the traditional gas boiler system to a combination boiler system.
