I had been let down by a previous person, Jay called in from another job and fitted me in for a couple of days at short notice so I at least had a working kitchen. He arrived when he said he would. A very polite and courteous man. He thought the job through before every move and was very precise on his work. It mattered to him that the job was up to his standard which is very high. He cleaned up both days after he finished. A delight to have him working here. I've booked him to come back to do the laminated flooring and possibly more..

I’ve been developing properties for 30 years and can honestly say that for me , Jay is right at the top of the list of competent trustworthy builders .He came on board half way through this project and inherited some pretty dodgy workmanship from the previous builder, he doesn’t complain he just gets on with making it right. Nothing is too much trouble and he goes above and beyond. He also works on his initiative and thinks ahead to solve potential problems.He is a tidy worker and very honest. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
