Replacing a large flat roof that had edging slabs around it
Lee and the team did an excellent job. Quote was very swift and the work was booked in and completed swiftly too. Due to the existing state of the roof Lee advised on the most appropriate/safe way to approach the replacement and also advised on and provided contacts for some alternative jobs we needed completing. Would 100% recommend.

A new roof and guttering
I would recommend this company for any building work. Lee and his staff were very efficient and helpful with the work that was carried out kept us updated with what was going on all the while they were here . Job was done to a high standard and we are really pleased with our new roof
Installation of Green Oak Porch, with dwarf walls and tiled roof. Opening back rooms with bifold
Lee and Rob, and team, were absolutely fantastic. They completed two jobs: 1. Installed a green oak porch on the front with dwarf walls and tiled roof 2. Converted a few back rooms into an open plan space with bifolds. This involved knocking through walls, bricking up old doors and windows, installing steel beams, and relocating existing electrics/plumbing. All the work was completed to an excellent standard with Lee and the guys being really helpful and doing a few extras as and when needed. Lee also sourced a top quality electrician, plumber and plasterer. We're so pleased. Thanks Lee and Rob!
Two storey extension to the front and a single to the back and a garage conversion
JB housing were excellant. Right from the outset the quote was very indepth and they stuck to it. Everything was organised with other tradesman ie bricklayers, plaster etc. The work is to a very high standard and the end product looks fantastic. Lee was a real pleasure to work with, any issues he came with a solutuon and cracked on to get the project done. The people he gets in to do other jobs were all of a very high standard. We have no complaints only high recommendation. If you are looking for a builder this company are excellant
Over Garage Extension
Lee and Rob are very knowledgeable builders, we took a punt based on what we read online and we were not disappointed. The guys JB house use for bricklayers, electricians, plumbers etc are all very good at what they do. Everyone that worked at our property were polite and friendly. We had a very positive experience and Lee was always at hand over the phone or via email to answer any questions. We had delays that were out of the builders control, but Lee kept us up to date with every phase of the build. If you need an extension, I'd happily recommend JB House Ltd.
