Called Joe and within an hour he was at the property, within half an hour the mob was done and completed he managed to retrieve the posted key and didn’t end up needed to have the entire lock replaced. Lock on back door was jammed. JB Locksmiths came out that morning and fitted a temporary lock so I could secure my house. Came back as promised the following day and fitted new mechanism.
