Fixing toilet & shower
Jake was really nice and super helpful at fixing our toilet flush and shower controls. He was on time, communicated clearly and described the problem and breakdown of costs to fix it as he went, which was really helpful, and checked I was happy with the solutions after he’d done them.

Identifying and fixing issue with water temperature
Jake was excellent, he identified the problem just from our description and provided our landlord with a quote for how long the full repair would take. We've had other plumbers come in and never identify/fix the real issue, but it was intermittent so it went away for some time - but now it's properly fixed, thank you Jake!

Moving radiators
Jake is awesome! A kind and thorough plumber. Really pleased with what he did for us, he even went further than we had asked for. We had been struggling with luke warm water for years and no plumber had been able to fix it for us. Jake noticed the problem and fixed it in 5mins as a bonus! Really pleased!!

Replacing insulation valve.
Jake, was very polite and courteous. He explained to me what he needed to do to replace the insulation valve for my new washing machine. Once the job was finished he cleared up after himself and checked there were no leaks before he left.
