To remove the heavy wooden architrave surrounding an archway between the living and dining areas and to replaster.
James viewed the job before Christmas and emailed promptly his quotation, which I accepted; we agreed a date in January. The job entailed removing the existing woodwork, to board the exposed reveals, bead the corners and reskim both sides of the walls, fit new MDF skirting. James is a skilled craftsman, highly professional, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and extemely tidy!
