Really good experience. They were on time and did a really professional job. Made sure everything was covered up before work started. Tidied up afterwards. Was very polite and keep us informed as to what was happening. Would definitely recommend them, great job!

James is honestly the best tradesman we have ever had. We could not be more pleased with both his workmanship and his work ethic. Throughout our bathroom refit, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. He was always punctual, kept the work area clean and tidy, and communicated clearly with us at every stage of the project. His attention to detail was exceptional, and the finished bathroom exceeded our expectations. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering the highest standard of service.

We could not recommend James more highly. From our initial contact, coming round to quote through to actually undertaking the installation of our radiators James was professional, friendly and responsive. His quote was fair and he did a fantastic job installing 9 radiators throughout our house, he was very tidy and considerate throughout the work. The re-piping and hanging was done to a very high standard with a real eye for detail. We will definitely be using him for our next plumbing job.

James is an absolute diamond! Incredibly professional and goes an extra mile constantly to resolve any issues I’ve had with my house. I recently moved into an 1900 cottage, riddled with issues. James has been an absolute godsend in getting my heating sorted, with a new boiler, tanks and radiators all fitted. Calm, and never was anything too much of an ask (even came out to fix an issue late on weekend without question, when we had no heating due to an electrical issue). Literally can’t champion this guy enough and I foresee myself using him for every job moving forward. 👌👌
