My thermostat failed on Saturday so I only had hot water no central heating.
Fantastic, excellent, efficient work. First time I have used checkatrade, Jamie was fantastic, came when he said he would, bought the new thermostat with him so he didn't have go back out, I sent him some pictures of my old thermostat, Jamie even serviced the boiler too. Hot water and heating are hotter than they have ever been. Thank you Jamie. Would recommend you anytime.

Replacing snd moving 2 radiators, getting olumbing ready for kitchen installation
We booked Jamie in to get the plumbing altered for our kitchen installation and to replace/move two radiators. Jamie was punctual, tidy and the work looks great. Such an inprovement on the pipework for our kitchen and we are really happy with our new radiators. I wouldnt hesitste to reccomend and I am sure we will use again

Plumbing
Jamie was bought in to fit in a new boiler replace old pipe work but the work was never completed. I had to get another plumber in to finish the job but unfortunately paid Jamie the full amount, assuming that he would complete the job. He never returns calls and I am still having issues with the work he did. To summarise, I would not recommend

I’m sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service provided over a year ago. You paid in instalments to which the last 2 were nearly a month late. Extra’s were added, no plan’s made with the job being delayed numerous time’s and I had to get 2 engineers to finish as the job took month’s not week’s.

Install new plumbing and heating for 3-bed semi in Bath
Jamie did a full replacement of plumbing and heating in our 3-bed house. Work was top notch. Jamie is a star and could not be more obliging. If I ever need a plumber again I’ll be calling Jamie.

Kitchen sink, tap. Enquirer wet room, bathroom shower and bath panel.

Sealed a leaking cold water tank and restored water, also he understood reason for the leak and traced this to a faulty thermostat which he replaced.
Excellent work; Jamie is polite, helpful and gave excellent advice suggesting case and possible solutions. He worked quickly, came in his lunch break to have a look and returned the same evening to sort out the work. Throughout he kept us informed and was very approachable and jargon free!
