  Ben had to install a new shower with shower rain as my old one was slowly becoming dysfunctional. As my shower was too old, he had to repipe in the wall to fit a modern shower. He worked tireless with a big smile. I was so happy with him that I have lined him up for another plumbing job!

  Highly recommend.

  Responded and sorted out, replaced a faulty electric shower, on time (it was a Sunday too). On budget and with a lovely service. Highly recommend and use again. If only others were as good.

  Water Supply Pipe Repairs

  Ben from JB Plumbing and Heating explained clearly how he would tackle the issue with my mains water supply, caused by a disintegrating old pipe from the water meter onto the boundary of my property. The plan was to run the pipe from the meter onto my boundary. This involved making a trench. This was carefully done, and the garden was put back to how it was before. The new pipe ran up the side of my property into it. Ben kept me apprised of what was happening and what he was doing, which I appreciated. He did other jobs, replacing piping. I am happy with the completed job and cost.

  Shower installation

  Ben was quick to respond to the job and came round that day to quote. He talked me through the shower installation and advised on the best solution. I had another plumber quote but was less convinced by what they proposed and were more expensive. Ben did a good job with the installation and returned to redo some grouting which had cracked. Good job, good communication and a nice guy.

  Bathroom leak fixed on the day

  Bathroom leak was identified quickly and fixed even quicker. Ben came on the day the problem was found. The leak caused some damage and Ben offer advice to help fix it and knew someone to quote me.
