He worked cleanly and efficiently, taking care to leave everything tidy afterwards. He also took the time to explain the condition of the chimney and answer any questions we had. Jamie had great communication, turned up on time and did a great job inspecting and cleaning the chimney of my log burner. He also fixed a broken internal tile and replaced the door seal, which I hadn't noticed was missing. This greatly improved the heat output. Very polite and tidy as well.
