Russell was excellent. Quick comms, professional, did a good job. And did the job less than 2 hours after I posted it. I thoroughly recommend and would definitely use again.

Russel and his team fitted a new boiler for us when our old one broke. They were extremely reliable, trustworthy and friendly and their prices were very fair compared to other quotes we had got. We were very happy with their work, and will be using them again in the future. Would highly recommend!

Water suddenly started pouring through the kitchen ceiling lights as a result of a burst pipe under the bath. This was at 6.30 am on a Sunday. I contacted JBT plumbing and Russell answered straightaway and came out that morning to fix it. He replaced the corroded pipe with new copper piping and put it in the necessary connector joints. It was good that he had all the necessary parts with him. I would definitely use JBT plumbing again.

JBT answered our emergency call and responded within the hour on a bank holiday Monday, found and rectified the water leak from our upstairs bathroom shower valve which has caused damage to walls and ceiling in the living room below.

Great response time and friendly. Bath and sink taps had stopped working. Appreciated the suggestion for which taps to get. Also put in 2 new wastes. Fitted them quickly, left the bathroom as it was. Really pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend.
