How can I give a review on a firm that did not even contact me

Jimmy and his team were excellent. Jimmy provided a quote quickly after requesting one. Even though Jimmy was busy with other jobs, he ensured my job was completed within the timescales agreed. The quality of the work was brilliant. Will use again. Highly recommend.

Jimmy was quick to be interested at the job in hand. He was great at giving a quote and looking at the job. He informed us of the expected job time and start date. He arrived as expected and carried out the job. Jimmy did complete the job over a number of weeks (the job was bigger than he expected). Jimmy was polite and well mannered. Payment was given in instalments asked by Jimmy as the job was bigger than expected. No major issues would recommend.

A very personable young man who did an excellent job

Unreliable.Nice upon initially communication but did not turn up to 2 appointments. Jimmy agreed to do garden work before the summer holidays. He suggested a date, I chased a skip company to clear the space in time but Jimmy then cancelled last minute. We rescheduled, and again he confirmed. I even checked in a week before as was worried about reliability. He confirmed the date. The day before I text him and he let me down. I explained the urgency of the situation but he ignored my texts. Really let down
