I’ve had a mare with my drain blockage! 2 drain company’s later I found Jason from JBW Drainage and can’t thank him enough for the effort of work he has put in! His honesty and his skills have unblocked my toilet. He talked me through every step as I was very stressed with it all. Showed me the CCTV footage whilst he was doing it and managed to solve the problem. It was a bigger job than we expected but “where the is a will there is a way” was his words. He advised me it was in need of 3 patches due to pipe work moving over time. Jackie in the office is an absolute star! Booked me in fast!

Great service from Jason and Jacqui. Communication was top notch from the start and job booked in quickly and easily. Jason helped identify the drainage location, which wasn’t obvious, then carried out a thorough survey and completed the task with professionalism. I would highly recommend JBW and will be using them again as & when required.
