I searched Checkatrade for someone to look at my tumble dryer that wasn’t working properly. I located John at JC Professional Appliance Repairs and he came over the next day. He was very professional and discovered the fault almost immediately and was able to solve the problem virtually straightaway..Very efficient,polite gentleman who was obviously very experienced at his work.I would thoroughly recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using his company again if needed.

James responded to our call for help immediately, and carried out the installation promptly and carefully.. Highly recommended!

On visiting my elderly mother last week her carer informed me the tumble drier was not working and suspected a broken belt. It was a weekend and within an hour of posting my request James responded . He was very polite and knowledgeable and ordered the part straight away. The part has now been fitted and a great job 👍100% recommend James and will definitely use him again!

This one-man operation really does deserve the 10/10 I have given him for timeliness, tidiness, quality & courtesy. Our dishwasher broke over the weekend, then I broke it some more trying to fix it. I contacted him on Monday morning. He ordered the part we needed then and there, and was round on Wednesday morning to fit it. When you're living in the countryside, finding good people quickly can be really difficult, but he kept me fully up to date on WhatsApp about the order and when he'd be round & was there on the spot.

Efficient and clear communication, they told me exactly what needed to be bought and how much the labour was straight away as well as a time frame for the work. On the day they arrived within the time specified and completed the work very quickly, making sure that it was all working before leaving.
