I’m late in leaving this review because I’ve been on holiday. The holiday wouldn’t have happened if Jake hadn’t responded to my call so quickly and efficiently. The lock on my thirty year old patio door had failed and I couldn’t secure the property. Jake fixed the problem! I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Jake and Joel from J Carter Locksmiths have just completed work in my 4th floor flat. They freed up a stuck balcony door and advised me on maintenance for the door. They also replaced blown windows. Although they weren't able to arrive at the original time planned, they kept me updated throughout and maintained great communication, which I really appreciated.
