Had Jake and or Joel out twice for broken locks over the past 3 years, one of those an emergency evening call out. Every time they were prompt and effective with VERY reasonable prices. Today had them visit for a front door slightly misaligned and they did the realignment at no charge, amazing customer service! Well done Jake and Joel of Jake Carter Locksmiths!

I’m late in leaving this review because I’ve been on holiday. The holiday wouldn’t have happened if Jake hadn’t responded to my call so quickly and efficiently. The lock on my thirty year old patio door had failed and I couldn’t secure the property. Jake fixed the problem! I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Attended my house earlier than scheduled. Carried out lock and locking mechanism replacement. Very well priced. Very honest and polite. Would 100% use again and will be recommending
