Came to quote. Although I informed him what I thought the issue was after another assessment, he disagreed and said it was just a leak. The leak/ washer was changed. Told me guaranteed for a year. However boiler was still not working. I asked for him to return. Sent photos of the issue, after a week he said sorry he was busy and after that my messages were ignored. Boiler failed to work for another 3 months.

Although some of what the customer has stated is accurate, I feel she has been economical with the truth and fails to talk about the fact that she was only available rarely. I did carry out works to the pump as there was a leak, I also asked her for the details of the UFH so I could try to source the part. I was asked about the other boiler issues where the client had been over quoted and I said I did not agree with their diagnosis. I also only charged for one visit although I attended three times.
