  Kitchen Refurbishment

  I had a few things to refurbish in my kitchen and Johnny took on the job with absolute competence and reliability. After a preliminary survey to understand what the job would have been like, we fixed a date and in three hours I had brand new appliances all fitted and also some additional fixing to hidden problems. I would definitely recommend JC Building and Property Maintenance to my friends.

  Great job on kitchen

  Johnny did our entire kitchen from bare bones. Our house is grade 2 listed and Johnny did an amazing job of adhering to best practices of old house reparation. Rendering walls in lime, lime plaster and installation of all plumbing, kitchen fitting and decoration. He was friendly, honest and communicative. I will most certainly be asking him to do the remaining work on my house. Highly recommend.

  Swift, excellent, install of kitchen worktops and sink

  The job was fairly straightforward. Replace old worktops with custom precut new ones, replace sink and taps and replumb drainage and dishwasher, in domestic kitchen. Johnny and his colleague were in and out within 4 hours! Job done to excellent quality, they even took the old worktops and old sink/taps away. Very pleased.

  Complete refurbishment of a flat including a new kitchen and bathroom

  Johnny has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He refurbished our flat according to my wishes, decorating, fitting new doors and electric heating, fitting a new kitchen (supplied by us) and new bathroom with tiling, worktops, sockets and door furniture. His workmanship has been excellent. Importantly, I felt he knew when to ask a question but also when to apply common sense to achieve a nice look. Highly recommended.

  We wanted our dingy under stairs cupboard converted to a downstairs toilet.

  We are hugely happy with our downstairs toilet. Johnny did an exceptional job in turning our small under stairs cupboard into a useful toilet. We are over the moon as he utilised the space available amazingly and also was able to preserve the storage space we wanted to keep. Beyond happy and will be using Johnny again!
